Do you publish fixed prices?
No. Insight Dial is pay as you go, and rates are agreed with each publisher. Tell us your expected call volume and countries and we will send you a quote.
What do I pay for?
Publishers pay for what they use: call minutes on their tracking numbers and a monthly charge for each number they keep. Both come out of a balance you top up.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You top up your balance and pay as you go.
What happens when my balance runs low?
You are warned well before it runs out, including in Slack, Discord, Teams or WhatsApp if you connect them. Calls pause before the balance reaches zero, so you never run up a bill you did not expect.
Which features are included?
Every publisher account includes call tracking, real-time bidding and routing, affiliate and buyer portals, payouts and statements, webhooks and the API. AI transcription can be switched on for your account.
